2021: A Safe Return for GLOW

GLOW With Your Hands returned in 2021 with more than 600 students engaging with vendors in a safe and productive environment.

As in 2019, the support rom the GLOW Region's businesses, volunteers, and workforce development, education and economic development leaders made the event an impactful moment for students considering their futures.

Demonstrations in advanced manufacturing, agri-business, construction, energy and skilled trades filled the Genesee County Fairgrounds in Batavia.

As the signature project for the day, students assisted Genesee Construction in installing a new accessible walkway to the fairground's Kennedy Building, a permanent reminder of the talent and promise that turns into action at GLOW With Your Hands.

2020: GLOW WYH Goes Virtual

With an in-person GLOW With Your Hands not feasible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers behind the project engaged with the GLOW Region's businesses to create an on-demand portal for students, teachers and families. GLOW With Your Hands Virtual remains an asset for career exploration!

2019: GLOW With Your Hands Launches
