Since the launch of GLOW With Your Hands: Manufacturing in 2019, thousands of students in the GLOW Region (Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming Counties) have engaged in hands-on career exposure with employers and organizations in the food processing, agri-business, advanced manufacturing, construction and skilled trades.

More than 1,100 students in grades 8-12 learn about the in-demand, rewarding jobs in these industries, the pathways into these careers, and discover skills that they can bring into the workforce.
